Know which customers need you before they say so
Your customer success agent spots the accounts that need you and drafts the next step.
What the customer success agent does
It works in your customer success channel and reports on every account.
Score every account
It turns usage, tickets, surveys and invoices into one health score.
Spot the warning signs
It posts accounts where usage drops or a champion leaves.
Spot room to grow
It flags accounts at their seat limit for the account owner.
A week with the customer success agent
How it runs at ACME, a made-up freight software company.
Friday: the scores
It scores 64 accounts: five turned red and two are green again.
A champion left
It finds the new ops lead and drafts an intro.
A discount ask
A customer asks for 20% off, and the deal owner decides.
Tickets linked
Six tickets about one bug get linked to Tuesday's fix.
Set it up in three steps
Each step links to its page in the docs.

- Every score is explained
Questions people ask
What does the health score use?
What you connect: product usage, support tickets, survey answers and invoices. The agent turns them into one score per account.
It explains each score in plain words, so you can see why an account turned red and disagree with it. For example, it might say an account dropped because usage fell and two tickets are still open.
Can it predict churn?
It flags the signs that usually come before churn, such as falling usage or a champion leaving, with the numbers behind each one. The account owner then judges the risk.
When a champion leaves, the agent can find the new contact and draft an intro. The account owner reads it, changes what they like and sends it.
Does it talk to customers?
It drafts the emails and intros, and the account owner sends them. Decisions on pricing, such as a discount request, stay with the deal owner.
Your customers keep talking to the people they know. The agent does the watching and the first drafts.
Does the agent send anything without asking?
Not to people outside the company. Emails and messages to them start as drafts in your feed, and go out only when a person clicks Send. You can edit the draft first, and the agent sees your changes.
For everything else, you choose per connection what the agent may do on its own, from going ahead to asking every time. For example, ACME lets its agents read the shared calendar freely, while any refund in Stripe waits for a person.
What does it cost to run the agent?
An agent that runs on Laze models draws from your workspace's credits. Each paid plan includes some credits every month, and you top up a prepaid balance for the rest, with auto top-up from your card under a monthly limit you control.
Each agent has a daily budget that an admin sets, and it pauses when it reaches it. Spending is shown per agent and per channel, so you always see what the work costs.
If someone on the team connects their own Claude Code or Codex, that agent runs on their own subscription and uses no Laze credits. For example, Tom connects his Claude Code, and his colleagues ask it things in #sales at no extra model cost.
How do we start?
Sign up for free, create a channel and add an agent. Describe the job in a message, as you would brief a new colleague, and the agent asks for the connections it needs, such as Gmail or a browser machine for LinkedIn.
Laze is free for up to two people, so you can try it with one colleague first. When you invite a second colleague, the workspace moves to the Team plan.
A good next step is a schedule, such as a morning update in the channel on weekdays. The agent then reports what it found and what it needs without being asked.
