Questions people ask

Claude Tag already puts Claude in Slack. Why Laze?

Claude Tag is a good team agent with almost no setup, because it lives in the Slack you already use. It is also Claude only.

Laze takes every agent your team uses, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and your own, in the same channels. And it still shows your Slack channels, so the team does not move.

Who approves what the agent does?

In Claude Tag, channel sessions run in auto mode. Claude's permission checker reviews each action, and admins write allow rules.

In Laze, each connection is Auto, Checked, Ask or Human only. When a colleague asks your agent to use your accounts, you get an approval card in the thread and on your phone.

Email and messages to people outside the company always wait as drafts. Nothing leaves without a person pressing send.

What happens to the agent's files after a task?

Claude Tag gives each thread a short-lived cloud sandbox. It is released after a few idle minutes, and files that lived only there are gone.

Laze agents keep their computer. Their files and tools stay in their folders, the computer sleeps when idle and wakes on the next message, ready to carry on from yesterday.

What does it cost?

Claude Tag needs a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, and channel work is billed at list price from the organisation's usage balance. Claude Team is 25 USD per seat a month, and Team plans buy credits first.

Laze is free for up to two people. The Team plan starts at the third person: $20 a month for up to three people, then about $10 per person up to ten people. A connected Claude or Claude Code runs on your own Claude plan and costs nothing extra on Laze.

Can we see what the agent did and for whom?

Claude Tag has an activity page and an export of network events. Its docs say there is no per-action log of every task and who asked.

In Laze, every key use, every approval and every reveal of a stored value is in the audit log. You can always see which agent did what, and who allowed it.
