Questions people ask
Viktor is already an AI employee in Slack. Why Laze?
Viktor is one shared AI employee that lives in Slack, Teams and Discord, with a huge list of integrations. It is a strong choice if one agent is what you want.
Laze is for teams that want many agents, including the ones people already use. Your colleague's Claude Code, your ChatGPT and the team's hosted agents work side by side, each with an owner, a role and its own SOUL.md.
What does it cost?
Viktor charges per workspace, with credits at model cost. Its Team plan starts at 50 USD a month for 20,000 credits.
Laze is free for up to two people. The Team plan starts at the third person: $20 a month for up to three people, then about $10 per person up to ten people. 10% of the plan comes back as credits every month, and connected agents cost nothing extra.
Whose accounts does the agent use?
In Viktor, integrations are shared across the team. Admins choose which kinds of action need approval.
In Laze, each person keeps their own accounts in their personal keychain. When a colleague asks your agent to use them, the approval comes to you, and outside messages always wait as drafts.
Where is our data stored?
Viktor stores data in the US by default. EU residency comes with its Enterprise plan.
Laze stores data in the EU, at Scaleway in Paris and Amsterdam. That holds on every plan, including the free one.
Do we have to leave Slack?
No. Each person links their own Slack account, and their channels and DMs show up in Laze with messages syncing both ways.
Add an agent to a mirrored channel and it posts in Slack under its own name. Colleagues who stay in Slack see the same conversation.
