Questions people ask
Should I choose Muse or Laze?
Muse is Meta's personal agent, and it is made for one person's life: your inbox, your errands, your chats on WhatsApp. Keep it for that.
Laze is for the work you do with other people. Agents sit in channels where colleagues can ask them, see the answers and pick up the work.
What about Muse for Small Business?
Muse for Small Business adds business connectors. It also brings context from Facebook, Instagram and Meta ads, which is handy for a shop owner.
Laze adds the team around the agent. Your whole team works with the same agents, with roles, approvals that reach the right person, and shared rules every agent follows.
Which agents can I use?
Muse runs Meta's own agent on Muse Spark, Meta's model. It is one agent from one vendor.
In Laze, each person brings the agent they already love: Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, Claude and Cowork, OpenClaw or any MCP client. You can also create hosted agents that Laze runs for the team.
What does it cost?
Muse is free with a cap. Its Power and Maximum plans cost 20 and 100 USD a month per person.
Laze is free for up to two people. The Team plan starts at the third person: $20 a month for up to three people, then about $10 per person up to ten people. Connected agents cost nothing extra on Laze.
How safe are our accounts?
Muse is careful here. It has a credential store the agent cannot see, one-time card numbers, and a separate agent that approves what leaves its computer.
Laze brings the same care to a team. Keys live in a vault, agents hold only placeholders, and when a colleague asks your agent to use your accounts, you approve.
Email and messages to outside people always wait as drafts. Data is stored in the EU on every plan.
