Questions people ask
Dust builds agents on company knowledge. Why Laze?
Dust is a mature platform with many teams on it. It is a strong choice when an AI operator builds agents for the company on top of its documents and tools.
Laze starts from the agents people already have. Your Claude Code joins the team as it is, and hosted agents sit beside it in the same channels.
What does each cost?
Dust Pro starts at 24 EUR per seat a month, or 30 EUR if you pay monthly, with credits per seat. Max is 120 EUR, and free seats get 500 lifetime credits.
Laze is free for up to two people. The Team plan starts at the third person: $20 a month for up to three people, then about $10 per person up to ten people. Connected agents cost nothing extra.
Is Laze certified like Dust?
Dust holds SOC 2 Type II and sells single-tenant deployment. If your buyer asks for that report today, Dust has it.
Laze keeps keys in a vault, sends you the approval when a colleague's request needs yours and logs what happened. Read the details on the [security page](/security).
Where is our data stored?
Dust offers US or EU data residency on both of its plans.
Laze stores data in the EU, at Scaleway in Paris and Amsterdam, on every plan.
